Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in East Sussex requires an experienced Chef de Partie, with at least 12 months previous experience in 4*5 star hotels and NVQ levels 1&2 or basic food hygiene 706*1 706*2 are necessary. Working 5 out of 7 days, 45 hour week various shifts from 8am with hours to include weekends.
